convert Firefox bookmarks to IE

1.把firefox匯出的書籤編碼轉換成big-5....網路上很多工具隨便抓個來用
(utf-8 -> big-5)

2.把文件開頭換成跟ie的匯出書籤檔一樣

3.把firefox書籤的描述去掉 (

...

全部刪掉 )
(不刪掉也可以不過我這邊測試有時會出問題)

4.在ie匯入處理完的書籤檔
